What To Expect

Glenwood Falls veterinary services – delivered with courtesy, integrity, and respect!

As a new client of our Animal Hospital in Cypress, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs!!

Glenwood Falls is accredited by the AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association), a designation only awarded to one out of only 12 to 15 percent of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada. Our staff works extremely hard
to stay compliant with the over 900 standards of care required to earn and keep this accreditation.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by one of our customer service team members. They will gather information on you and your pet before a veterinary technician will greet you and show you into an examination room.

In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure that we address all of your questions and concerns and that before you leave you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

Our veterinary technician will likely come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our customer service specialist staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible. Also, we will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any extensive delays that we may be facing. To help assure that wait times are kept to a minimum we ask that you arrive fifteen (15) minutes early for visits for new clients or new patients.

We are excited to meet you and your four-legged family members!
